Yael Fine Art Studio

Born in Tel Aviv into a family of artists, her mother was her first art teacher and mentor.

Yael studied art at the Jerusalem "Bezalel" Art Academy and at the Julliard School of Dance and at the Cooper Union in New York City. She also worked professionally as a dancer, teacher, choreographer and as a dramatic actor.

1970-80, Ms. Aviezer established and directed the "New Gallery" in Tel Aviv, where she also held shows of her own work.

The artist, experienced in her multi-cultural background and modes of creativity, has evolved into her unique style, as is reflected through her delicate figurative Watercolors on one hand; and an energetic, emotional and colorful expressionism of her oil paintings on the other. Yael's "Picture Tales" theme "West" & "East" horizons - in an intimate way!
